About our Bike & Boat holiday accommodation along the Danube
From 2022, this vessel no longer operates on our Danube boat and bike tours in Austria, Germany and Hungary.

Our accommodation on the 98 passenger capacity ship is based on an outside-facing 2 bed cabin on the main deck with private facilities and air-conditioning. We are pleased to discuss details on request.
Technical details: Length 91.35 m, width 10.45 m, depth 1.45m , max. 98 passengers.
Your accommodation: This is in a standard, outside-facing two berth cabin on the main deck. Cabins, and 2 bed suites (with panoramic – floor to ceiling – window), are available on the upper deck (supplement payable). MS ARLENE II has 40 x 2-bed cabins, 8 suites and 2 x 1-bed cabins.
All 2 bed-cabins (approx. 10 m2) are equipped with two beds. Cabin facilities include: shower and WC, hairdryer, TV, safe (deposit), individually controlled air-conditioning and smaller (non-picture) window with opening ventilation flaps.
Single cabins: 1-bed cabins (approx. 8 m2 ) are located on the upper deck and have one bed and are otherwise equipped with same features.
Absolutely fabulous holiday from the terrific organisation to the perfect accommodation. We have been on cycling holidays previously in the UK and Europe with a number of different companies but Cycle Breaks are the best. The customer service and support really is second to none. We’ll be back.

Important Accomadation Information
On board facilities: These include an air-conditioned upper deck panorama lounge with bar; on the main deck, an air-conditioned, comfortable restaurant; a sundeck with space to watch the landscape pass by as well as for the bike storage. On board activity programme and optional excursions programme.
Currency on board: Euro. Mastercard and Visa credit cards accepted.
Important remarks regarding routing/program
The MS Arlene II shipping company reserves the right to make changes of routing and program. In case of flood or low tide, it reserves the right to bridge parts of passages by buses and in extreme situations, reserves the right to cancel the journey on short notice. No legal right shall be constituted of both situations. (Water level is force majeure). The same applies for officially ordered – previously not announced – repair work on locks or bridges or in case of undeserved breakdown of engine or power unit.
Please be aware that a cruise ship on the Danube is not only your hotel but also a machine, working with engine power also during the night. Especially crossing locks and bridges – and the preparation work – may cause noise. If you are sensitive please bring your own ear plugs.
