The season for walking holidays in England is longer, from mid January to early December inclusive. There can be some absolutely gorgeous crisp and clear days for walking (& cycling) in the winter, however there is also a greater risk of ‘wet & windy’!

With many tours, you can start any day of the week, subject to the availability of accommodation; other tours are restricted to one, two or three start days. Details of start days are listed for each holiday.
